On July 5th, 2005, Le Peacock Salon opened its doors. Gwen Yates spent over 25 years servicing women of all ages specializing in cut and color. The name Le Peacock, is from her Grandmother's maiden name Peacock. Gwen wanted to add a French flavor so she added the "Le"
Gwen Yates is certified by the Ohio State Board Of Cosmetology with an Advanced and Instructors license.
Her daughter Camille Jones began working in Le Peacock Salon in February 2009 after graduating from the Paul Mitchell Academy and becoming certified by The Ohio State Board Of Cosmetology with a Advanced and Instructors license. Camille has a passion and love in caring for natural hair, also enjoy weaving and crochet braids.
